From a young age my life has been surrounded by sports. My upbringing was surrounded by baseball, as both my mom and dads side of the family have deep ties to the sport.

In 8th grade I picked up the game golf. Late to the scene for golf I was a bit of a late bloomer as it took me a bit to get my feet underneath me. By the time my high school career was over I had won every major junior tournament in the state of Colorado put on by the state golf associations. 

After college golf took me to Colorado State to chase my dreams of continuing my athletic career. At CSU I found the highs and lows golf has to offer. In my junior year I finally broke through with consistent golf winning my first collegiate event and following it up with other top finishes.
